*CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. The following refund conditions apply based on the date the request is received:
- Until December 30, 2025: 100% refund of the registration fee.
- From December 31, 2025, to February 28, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No refund for cancellations received after February 25, 2026.
Administrative Terms and Conditions
Please note: For all eligible refunds, any bank charges or transaction costs incurred during the refund process will be withheld from the refund. Additionally, Avenue Media SRL reserves the right to deduct a fixed administrative fee of €40.00.
Processing Timeline: Please note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued after the conclusion of the Congress.
