Registration
Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions, tours and social events.
The registration form has to be sent no later than August 27, 2010.
After this date, the registration forms will be accepted, but some services (as lunches, coffee breaks, Social Event, Farewell Dinner, Tours) could not be guaranteed.

The cost of the Post-Symposium tour covers the chartered deluxe bus, business class hotel for the night of September 16, Italian traditional meals, touristic and cultural visits.
A minimum of 40 registered people is required for this tour to be organized.

Payment
The registration fees must be free of charges or bank commission. Please specify your Surname and First Name along with the Symposium name as reason of payment.
Please send the receipt or the copy of the payment to the Organizing Secretariat, otherwise the access to the Symposium will not be allowed. Bring and show it also at the Reception Desk at your arrival to the Symposium.

Cancellation policy
For written cancellations received by the Organizing Secretariat no later than June 30, 2010
a penalty of 50% of the entire fee will be applied; no refund is provided for cancellations received after this date or for no-shows.
Language
The official language of the Symposium will be English.
Professional tours
- A half-day professional tour will include visits to the Faculty of Agriculture and the Department of Fruit Tree and Woody Plant Science Laboratories and facilities of the University of Bologna. The University experimental orchard of Cadriano will also be included in the visit.
- A one day tour to visit fruit nurseries and orchards present in Faenza, Cesena-Forlì
and Ravenna areas. The visit will also include packing houses and vineries and historical places.
Social events
Social and cultural events and sightseeing tours will be organized for accompanying persons.
