City sightseeing

• Departure at 09.15 AM from the Tourist Information Office in San Marco Square.
• Visit the historical centre of the city and its monuments: the Square, the Basilica, Doge's Palace, Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons.Proper attire is required while visiting the Basilica. For security reasons bags, back-packs, etc. cannot be taken into the Basilica.
• At the end of this tour optional visit to a glass factory.

City tour and gondola ride

Departure at 03.00PM from the Tourist Information Office in San Marco Square. Walk through the typical narrow streets (calli) and small squares (campi), Stairs of Bovolo and Campo Manin, gondola ride to discover the minor Venice through the enchanting maze of canals. Visit the Gothic Church of Frari (painting of Bellini and Tiziano, sculptures of Canova).
This tour lasts about 2 hours.

Excursion to the islands

Departure at 02.30PM from the taxi-boat station "Serenissima", in front of Hotel Danieli; this tour operatesalso at 09.30AM from April 1 to October 31. Excursion to the northern lagoon of Venice to visit the most famous islands: Murano, world known for glass-making, Burano for the hand-made lace and its colorfulhouses, Torcello as the first human settlement in the lagoon.

Gondola serenade

Daily departure at 07.30PM from Santa Maria del Giglio Gondola Station (next to the Gritti hotel) from April 1 to October 31; from November 1 to March 31 depature at 03.30PM.
Collective serenade along the Grand Canal with live musicians on board. This gondola tour lasts about 40 minutes.
