The full contributed papers and poster papers delivered before February 18,2007 will be included in the proceedings CD-ROM, which will be distributed to the participants during the seminar. The abstract will be included in the CD-ROM for papers submitted later than February 18,2007, provided that at least one of the authors registered and paid the participation fee.
